Picture thisThursday 16 November Delve into our pictures collection with expert librarians and be guided on the best ways to find the images you need for your research. Topics include: digging deeper into the Library’s hidden pictorial treasures and cracking the code on how to read Australian portraits. |
’Tis the season for craftSaturday 18 November Kickstart your preparation for the festive season. We’re running two hands-on workshop for adults. Choose a morning or afternoon session to learn some simple techniques for creating beautiful decorations. You’ll also be inspired by the Library’s collection with a special viewing of vintage Christmas cards. |
Met by moonlightThursday 9 November An evening of discussion and celebration of A Midsummer Night’s Dream with Bell Shakespeare’s James Evans and a panel of experts. This series is presented as part of the exhibition For All Time. |
