Menu highlights

Menu highlights include Crispy Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms with Roast Capsicum Mousse and Pigs Face as an entree, a 200gm Beef Eye Fillet with Truffled Mash Potato, Forest Mushroom Fricasse and Bourbon Onion Jam, and to finish, the chef’s signature Kaffier Lime Panna Cotta with Wattle Seed Crumb and Rhubarb Compote.
