Cancun Cooler Recipe with Patrón Reposado
Ingredients:
60ml Patrón Reposado
45ml Jamaica Cordial (equal parts of Jamaica tea, water and sugar brough to a simmer, removed from heat, rested for 1 hour, strained with 10% citric acid added)
30ml grapefruit cordial (same process as above, but with pink grapefruit juice instead)
30ml lime juice
30ml pomegranate soda (San Pellegrino has one, that can be store bought)
Glass and Garnish:
Terra Cotta cup
Grapefruit wheel
Tajin rim (this spice mix can be bought online)
Preparation:
Add all ingredients except pomegranate soda into a shaker and shake
Strain over ice into terra cotta cup with tajin rim and add pomegranate soda
Garnish with grapefruit wheel
