Our grants and sponsorships provide financial and in-kind support for a range of activities.
The winter round is open from Tuesday 25 July to Tuesday 22 August:
Projects must start from 1 January 2024.
Grant applications close 5pm Tuesday 22 August.

Green building grants |
Supports corporations and building owners in the residential and accommodation sector carry out environmental ratings, certifications, audits and assessments for existing buildings to be resource efficient and achieve net zero emissions by 2035.
How much can you apply for: Cash funding up to $15,000 is available for each project.
Who can apply: Not-for-profits, for profits and owners corporations. For works on residential strata or accommodation buildings only. |

Festival and event sponsorships |
Supports local festivals and events that encourage community connection, growth and participation.
How much can you apply for: Cash funding up to $50,000 a year is available, for a one-year program or multi-year funding.
Who can apply: Not-for-profits, for profits, sole traders, individuals or unincorporated community groups supported by a not-for-profit or for profit. |

Innovation and ideas grant |
Supports projects that foster innovation, showcase local expertise and test new ideas to address local and global issues across our area’s social, cultural, sustainability and business sectors.
How much can you apply for: Cash funding from $10,000 to $50,000 a year is available, for a one-year program or multi-year funding.
Who can apply: Not-for-profit and for-profit organisations. |

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Collaboration Fund |
Supports a strong and sustainable community-controlled sector to meet the needs and aspirations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in the local area.
How much can you apply for: Cash funding up to $50,000 is available.
Who can apply: Not-for-profits, for profits, sole traders, individuals, or unincorporated community groups supported by a not-for-profit or for-profit organisation that is eligible to apply.
Individuals and sole traders must identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, groups must consist of majority Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander members and organisations must have a governing body that is majority Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.
This program is open all year, until funds are exhausted. |

Quick response grants |
Supports small scale, community-led projects that encourage communities to improve, enhance, represent or celebrate their local neighbourhoods.
How much can you apply for: Cash funding up to $10,000 is available.
Who can apply: Not-for-profit organisations, individuals or unincorporated community groups supported by a not-for-profit.
This program is open all year, until funds are exhausted. |

- Read the critical information for your chosen program including the grants and sponsorship guidelines
- Make sure your project is eligible under the program you’re applying for. There are strict guidelines around who can apply and when projects can occur
- Ensure your project is in our local area or provides significant benefit to our residents and businesses
- Attend an information session or speak to us for support
