KICKING GOALS! TIME & PLACE DONATE NEW FITOUT FOR MANLY’S RUGBY CLUBHOUSE.
Time & Place, a prominent property developer in Sydney and Melbourne, has joined forces with Manly Rugby Club, a
cherished community landmark in need of a makeover, to donate a new fit-out for the clubhouse.
The developer is currently planning a boutique mixed-use project with 24 large scale homes and ground floor retail
situated opposite Manly Oval at 35-43 Belgrave Street. This latest partnership with Manly Rugby Club evidencing Time &
Place’s commitment as a community-driven developer to bolstering the local organisations and community groups
important to the neighbourhoods they develop within.
The upgrades Time & Place have facilitated include brand-new timber flooring, supplied by Australian premium
engineered timber-flooring specialists WOODCUT, and fresh painting throughout to help modernise the space.
These exciting refurbishments were unveiled for the first time at the Manly Rugby Club on Saturday 4 May.
The Manly Rugby Club, formed in 1883, is one of the most recognisable and beloved groups on Sydney’s Northern
Beaches, one that has proudly stood as an exemplar of the community togetherness that has come to define the
beachside lifestyle.
Time & Place Director and proud Manly resident, Evan Papadopoulos, is humbled that the developer
is supporting a revered local institution such as this.

Through upgrading the clubhouse, Time & Place intends to safeguard the club’s legacy, enhancing its ability to host
events, attract new members, and maintain its status as a central hub for community engagement and sporting
excellence.The renewed facilities will also support Manly Rugby Club’s broader community initiatives, such as the club’s ongoing
partnership with Grand Stand Against Domestic Abuse, a local NSW charity organisation aiding victims against
violence. Through in-house workshops and training, conducted on-site at the clubhouse, Manly Rugby Club has long
supported Grand Stand Against Domestic Abuse’s goal of assisting and educating young Australians in ending
domestic violence.
