ALDI presents  a range of  “Autumn wines” for your enjoyment. ALDI  are  committed to bringing innovation and extreme value to the market. They  seek to present wine options that tap into trends and are bringing the modern wine movement into the retail space. As such they  are delighted to present these wines from their  “new core range lines.”

1. Freya & Jules Watervale Riesling 2023 – $9.99

A seriously drinkable Watervale, Clare Valley Riesling. Intense fresh lime citrus aroma with notes of basil and kaffir lime leaves. The palate is racy and delicate with freshness, along with line and length. Very tasty!

2. La Mule Coteaux Varois en Provence Rose, France 2022 – $12.99

Clear and limpid fushia pink color, this French rose from coteaux Varois en Provence has powerful notes of citrus and red berries. Best served chilled.

3. Kaiora Bay Reserve Central Otago Pinot Noir 2021 – $15.99 (available March 2024)

An elegant Kaiora Bay Reserve Pinot Noir with concentrated cherry fruit and fragrant, complimented by a spicy
palate with a warm persistent finish. A blend of Gibbston, Cromwell Basin and a small portion of Alexandria ruit, so Pinot Noir without compromise.

4. Truly Wildly Yarra Valley Pinot Noir 2022 – $12.99

Soft flesh wild cherry and raspberry fruits, intertwine with a dash of pepper spice from some partial whole bunch winemaking. Textural, seductive and pure with finely tensioned tannins and a fine line of acidity.

5. Blackstone Paddock “The Player” Barossa Shiraz 2022 – $12.99

Shiraz is the flagship of the Barossa and the Blackstone paddock doesn’t disappoint, Dense and complex fruit weight on all fronts. A delicious mid-palate followed by sublime length of flavour with a good tannin structure building complexity into this regional stalwart.

6. Blackstone Paddock Barossa Shiraz 2021 – $19.99

Deep black – purple red in colour, aromas of blueberry, mocha spice and crushed violet. Barossa power is expressed in a more contemporary approach with a focus on fruit quality and freshness, with complexity and layers building on the finish. A good mixture of soul and minerality that balances the fruit weight. Gold Medal

7. Blackstone Paddock Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 – $19.99

This cabernet exhibits all the hallmarks of quality, distinctly rich and powerful with layers of dark plums, cassis, crunchy cranberries, blackberry and dried herb. Fine, long structure is supported by super fine tannins are elegantly suspended within the palate and are held in place with the suggestion of fine-grained French oak.
The palate is a medium-bodied driven, fruit laden with charm and poise! We  trust you will enjoy these wines exclusive to ALDI
