I Maccheroni’s first cheese-making classes are taking place this weekend and, after selling out their first, they’ve released a second slot on November 4th at 3pm so you know it’s going to be good.

I Maccheroni, has introduced  a brand-new cooking class they’re introducing alongside their popular weekly pasta-making sessions.

Partnering with the incredible cheesemakers at La Stella Latticini, Paddington’s I Maaccheroni will be hosting their first-ever mozzarella-making masterclass on November 4th, at 12 pm (with further dates yet to be announced!).

Hosted by Adriano Bamonte, the renowned Cheesemaker of La Stella Latticini, in collaboration with the restaurant’s Head Chef, Marco, this event offers participants the opportunity to acquire expertise from culinary masters with over a decade of cheese-making experience. Additionally, attendees will develop impressive culinary skills and depart with an I Maccheroni tote bag, half a kilo of the cheese they’ve created to savor with loved ones, as well as recipe cards for replicating their own cheese creations at home.

You can Expect a drink on arrival followed by a hands-on demonstration where Adriano will talk you through the cheese-making process, finished off with a two–course lunch made using your creations.

With class attendance limited, this is an exclusive and intimate opportunity to learn the art of Italian mozzarella-making from the best. (With bookings now available)
