Sydney Seaplanes Lounge (formerly the Empire Lounge) is partnering with Langhorne Creek winery, Bleasdale, one of South Australia’s most iconic wineries – with a vintage of 175 years – to offer diners a thoughtfully curated 4-course menu, perfectly paired with premium selections from the Bleasdale range.

Head Chef Natali Mikailoğlu is offering a menu including scallops, beef wagyu carpaccio and lamb shoulder to complement Bleasdale’s renowned collection, including an Adelaide Hills Chardonnay, and reds such as the 2022 Generation Malbec and the multi award-winning 2022 Frank Potts Cabernet/Malbec/Merlot.

Throughout the evening, one of the Bleasdale team will guide diners through each wine, sharing the stories, passion, and craftsmanship behind every bottle.

Sydney Seaplanes Lounge is located on the waterfront at Rose Bay with magnificent views of Sydney Harbour and a high calibre kitchen team under the direction of Head Chef Natali Mikailoğlu. The restaurant derives its name from when it was the base for seaplanes flying visitor into Sydney from all over the world. It is now also the base for scenic seaplane flights over Sydney Harbour and to many renowned restaurants such as Cottage Point Inn and Jonah’s.
