Kicking off the exciting flow of openings at Pagewood is Chargrill Charlie’s. The new location marks a significant milestone for the brand as the first store to open under the new ownership of Craveable Brands, bringing a fresh chapter to its celebrated legacy.
Al Aseel, one of Sydney’s most iconic Lebanese restaurants, also celebrates a milestone at Meriton’s Pagewood Retail Precinct, opening its first Eastern Suburbs location. Known for its authentic family-style feasts and rich, generational recipes, Al Aseel brings a taste of Middle Eastern hospitality, offering diners locally sourced, high-quality ingredients.

‘This reviewer has tried three Pizzas at this branch of Johnny GIO so far and all three were truly excellent and as good as anything I have ever eaten in Napoli which is regarded as the home of Pizza!
It was the EL DIABLO with pomodoro, spicy pepperoni, parmesan & chilli,..and it was delicious!
Tasted even better cos it was FREE!
I recently took a brother for a quick dinner and we had a Pizza with PRAWNS AND GARLIC and another called of SAMMY THE BUTCHER with pomodoro, guanciale, sausage, smoked ham & pepperoni. Both were excellent ,..my only complaint is they don’t serve Beer or Vino and its all a bit of a rushed affair-in and out quickly but you can dine in premise-but its not ecactly a silver service restaurant!
However I will say the price is extremely reasonable and the quality and service is excellent.”

“Best pizza you’ll find in the area. They have a great pizza selection, from classic toppings to something fresh and creative. My favourite is the burrata queen. But have also enjoyed their Margherita and mushroom pizzas in the past. They do get busy on weekend evenings, as they are good. Expect a wait, but it’ll be worth it.”
