The flavours of Rockpool Bar & Grill’s signature wood-fire grillwill fuse with each visiting chef’s interpretation of their national cuisine to create ‘On Fire’ menus that are truly one-of-a-kind.
Pedro Bargero from Chila in Argentina will join forces with chefs at Rockpool Melbourne on Wednesday, 19 October. Chila ranked 19th in Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2021.
Pedro Bargero is known for his disruptive and revolutionary Argentinian cuisine.

Pedro makes his inaugural trip to Australia this month to host the On Fire with Pedro Bargero dinners at Rockpool Melbourne on Wednesday 19th October and Rockpool Sydney on Sunday 23rd October.
