RUMA TEAMS UP WITH TIM ROBARDS FOR A LIMITED-EDITION LEAN PERFORMANCE SALAD

Double Bay’s all-day diner, RUMA, helmed by owner and chef Faheem Noor, has partnered with Australian TV personality Tim Robards to deliver an exciting culinary experience. Introducing the Lean Performance Salad by Tim Robards, a nutritious and flavourful dish available for a limited time.
Designed by Robards, the Lean Performance Salad is a delicious fusion of wilted kale, shiso, pickle grapes, buttercup lettuce, asparagus, avocado, almond flakes, charred snow peas, dill, and Elle Rosé vinaigrette. Diners can customise their salad by choosing from three protein options of grilled Moreton Bay bugs $32, haloumi $24, or poached chicken $26. For the ultimate pairing, guests can enjoy the salad with a glass of Elle Rosé for $16 or indulge in a full bottle for $80.
Robards shared his excitement about the collaboration, saying, “RUMA is a local favourite of mine, and I’m stoked to bring my Lean Performance Salad to life. The name speaks for itself, with three protein options—haloumi, chicken, or my favourite, charred Moreton Bay bugs. It tastes extra delicious with our Elle Rosé vinaigrette, but if you want true perfection, pair it with a glass of our 2024 Elle Rosé.”
Robards’ passion for wine following the birth of his first daughter, Elle, inspired him to create Elle Rosé alongside good mate and sommelier Shun Eto. Partnering with winemakers Alex McKay and Emma Shaw, the Elle Rosé has already made its mark, winning Gold at the
Australian & New Zealand Boutique Wine Awards.
