Vivid Nights and Glowing Bites with Pacific Concepts

From May 23rd to June 14th, the streets of Sydney will once again sparkle withmlight, colour and creativity as Vivid returns.
Each night, crowds will wander through the city to enjoy the glowing installations and take in the magical atmosphere. Whether it’s a pre-walk feast or a post-light-show party, Fratelli Fresh, SLICE, El Camino Cantina, Munich Brauhaus, The Bavarian and Winghaus promise to be at the heart of the action.
Fratelli Fresh:
Positioned in Darling Harbour and Westfield Sydney, Fratelli Fresh is offering a 2- course Vivid Set Menu from 5pm daily. Guests can expect comforting winter dishes such as Gnocchi Gorgonzola and Picante Pizza, paired with a selection of Vivid-themed cocktails created just for the festival. With an unbeatable location in the centre of the light walk action, it’s the ideal spot to wine, dine and glow.
SLICE:
SLICE by Night is lighting up the walkway at Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour with Roman- style street eats served fresh from 4pm. On offer will be a range of Roman-style slices, focaccia sandwiches, and meatball subs—perfect for strolling through the glowing Vivid trail. On Sunday June 1st, the SLICE After Dark Party kicks off from 9pm to midnight: guests can expect hot slices, ice-cold drinks, and a live DJ soundtracking the night.
El Camino Cantina:
Situated in The Rocks and surrounded by Vivid’s electric atmosphere, El Camino offers a vibrant stop for food and drinks. Festival-goers can grab a bite on the run with the Glow & Go express takeaway menu—featuring tacos, wings, burritos and pink lemonade, to enjoy while soaking up the lights. In-venue only, guests can enjoy the exclusive frozen Midnight Rita, made to match the night’s mood.
Munich Brauhaus:
Located just steps from Sydney Harbour Bridge, Munich Brauhaus The Rocks is inviting guests to celebrate Vivid the Munich way. Sip your way through Beer Light Towers—two litres of your chosen brew served in a glowing tower—or explore the colourful range of Vivid cocktails, including the Green Fairy, Orange Blossom, Strawberry Sting and Blue Moon. The warm German fare and classic dishes make this a great Vivid stop.
The Bavarian:
In the heart of the Vivid CBD trail, The Bavarian York Street is the place to kick off or wind down the evening. Guests can dig into hearty German platters, ideal for Sydney’s crisp winter nights, while sipping on a Vivid style cocktail: the Glow Mule or Midnight Dream. The perfect way to keep the night glowing.
Winghaus:
For those heading into the city with the whole crew, Winghaus Barangaroo and Gateway are two pit stops right in the middle of the Vivid light trail. Families can enjoy the Vivid Family Package, which includes 2 burgers, 2 kids baskets, 2 fries and 2 soft drinks—perfect for sharing, whether dining in or grabbing to go.
