Chris & Anna Minns – Christmas Message 2023

CHRIS MINNS: At the end of a big year for New South Wales and for us, Anna and I want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
ANNA MINNS: One of our Favourite things to do at this time of year is spend time with our three boys, our extended family and friends.
CHRIS MINNS: We know there’s a lot of families and households that are doing it tough. But we also know that the people of this state are incredibly generous. So, we want to thank you for donating gifts, food and other items to people who are less fortunate.
ANNA MINNS: Many people don’t get to spend Christmas with the people they love. And we want to say a huge thank you to our frontline and emergency staff who are keeping us safe over this period.
CHRIS MINNS: From the nurses and paramedics in our health system, to the police who are keeping our roads safe to the firies managing a really tough bushfire season. Your work doesn’t go unnoticed.
ANNA MINNS: And then there’s the Australians working tough hours to make ends meet, and to provide their community with services.
CHRIS MINNS: Have a good break, spend time with family and friends, and be safe on our roads. Merry Christmas everybody.
