It celebrates the contributions of Hawai‘i’s musicians, lei makers, chefs, farmers, culturalists, fashion designers, and others whose work is intertwined with a flourishing visitor industry. Featured in this campaign are notable individuals like Chef Kyle Kawakami of Maui Fresh Streatery, Meleana Estes, Creative Director and Author of Lei Aloha, and Kainani Kahaunaele, Musician and Educator, with more inspiring stories to come. |
Live Music & Hula at Ala Moana HotelAla Moana Hotel by Mantra is excited to announce weekly live music and hula performances in its lobby, offering a captivating cultural experience for both visitors and locals. Every Friday from 3 PM to 5 PM, the hotel will showcase the talents of ʻAkahi Productions, a local entertainment group known for its diverse performances, including live music, hula shows, and fire knife dancing. Featured performers include David Asing, Alika Souza, and Kealani. The new series runs through the end of the year, with live music from 3 PM to 5 PM and a hula feature from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM in the lobby of Ala Moana Hotel, located at 410 Atkinson Dr, Honolulu. |

Broadway in Hawai‘i is back!Broadway is making a grand return to Hawai‘i with the reopening of the Neal S. Blaisdell Concert Hall in early 2025. MagicSpace Entertainment will present a spectacular season featuring the Hawai‘i debuts of TINA: The Tina Turner Musical in April and SIX: The Musical in June, followed by the much-anticipated return of CHICAGO in December. These award-winning productions promise to bring world-class Broadway performances to both residents and visitors. Season ticket packages are now available, marking an exciting new chapter for the Honolulu arts scene. |
