wellbeing. Co-hosted by Alyona Lezhava, the Wellness Manager, this half-day experience incorporates an array of activities, including a swim and healthy lunch in an exclusive private villa.
Guests can kick start their mornings with sunrise yoga classes, enjoy invigorating kick-boxing sessions, embark on nature tours, or feel the power of tai chi by the sea. Energizing HIIT workouts are available every afternoon, and Pranayama yoga and meditation classes will help every visitor to achieve spiritual

A full sporting schedule runs throughout the Green Season, including brand new indoor badminton, paddleball and shuttlecock kicking (đá cầu in Vietnamese). Beach football, volleyball and tennis round out the activities.
