From our joint venture with Jasper Hill, ‘La Pleiade’ Shiraz 2015. The vineyard is planted with 50% Shiraz cuttings from the famed Georgia’s Paddock and 50% Syrah from the world-renowned hill of Hermitage in France, the ‘spiritual home’ of Syrah. Dry-grown and low yielding, this single vineyard Heathcote wine is one to savour. ‘This vineyard is run biodynamically and the winemaking is deliberately designed to place maximum emphasis on the fruit quality.’ James Halliday

Lady’s Lane vineyard is a 4Ha single plot planted on the 500 million year old Cambrian soil that has made Heathcote a world famous wine region. The 2015 Lady’s Lane Shiraz is organically farmed and dry grown with incredibly low yields that are resonant in this wine of complex spice and dark fruit. It is a pleasure to drink and will also reward some careful cellaring.
